Mock Inspection
A practice run of a regulatory inspection in which a consultant evaluates a pharmacy the way a board or PBM auditor would, then delivers findings and a remediation plan before the real inspection.
In depth
A mock inspection walks the same ground a real inspector covers - postings and signage, licenses and permits, training records, the policy-and-procedure manual, controlled-substance recordkeeping, and exclusion screening - and scores each area by risk. The deliverable is a prioritized fix list rather than a citation, so the pharmacy can close gaps on its own timeline. It is the single most effective way to turn an unknown inspection risk into a manageable checklist.
